1.    Awaken to Our Divine Purpose – We must Create a New National Consciousness that will awaken all Nigerians to the Unique role that the Divine has Ordained for us to play in the World.

2.    Unify and Collaborate – We must Transcend internal divisions and come together as a People of Nigeria, bound by a Higher Purpose.

3.   Lead the Creation of a New Universal Civilization – We must take the bold and Conscious initiative to Build a New Social and Economic Order, one that Unifies and Prospers not only Nigerians but all of Humanity, guided by Eternal Universal Principles – Love, Truth, Wisdom, and Universal Brotherhood.

THE NATIONAL POLICY DIALOGUE: A TRANSCENDENT CALL, NOT A POLITICAL MOVEMENT

This message is directed to all New Members of the National Policy Dialogue – IDNHE, to illuminate their minds and Spirits about the Profound and Timeless ESSENCE of this Dialogue.

The National Policy Dialogue is NOT a political movement. It is NOT a mere project, nor is it an event. Rather, it is a Higher Calling – a Sacred Responsibility – to Fulfill the Divine Purpose for which Nigeria was Created by GOD Almighty.

HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE: WHY POLITICS CANNOT SOLVE A NATION’S FUNDAMENTAL CHALLENGES

History has shown that political power, by its very nature, divides rather than unites a people. Politics does not, and can never, bring the necessary Wisdom or Superior Knowledge to solve the foundational crises of a nation.

The Roman Empire fell because of power struggles, even though it had immense military strength.

The Ottoman Empire, once a beacon of civilization, disintegrated when it lost its unifying vision.

The United States, despite its global influence, continues to battle internal divisions because it prioritizes political power over a higher collective consciousness.

Nigeria’s challenges are not political problems but existential ones. The exigencies of our time demand that we harness the most Powerful Force

– not political power, but the Power of the Collective – the Power that politics can never bring.

To all members of this noble mission: It is not enough to understand the lofty vision of the National Policy Dialogue.

We must become it. We must embody it. We must live it.

This responsibility requires more than mere passion. Passion alone is fleeting. What we need is an Indomitable Patriotic Spirit – a Spirit that is driven by Conviction, Courage, and Character.

1.  Conviction – The Unshakable Belief in Our Mission

Conviction is not mere enthusiasm. It is a deep, unwavering belief in the righteousness of our cause. It means knowing that we are called to Create a New Nigeria and to lead humanity toward a Universal Civilization.

2.  Courage – The Strength to Act Despite Fear

Courage is not the absence of fear but the will to act in the face of it. The world has never been changed by the fearful. We must be bold enough to challenge the old order and build a New Reality for Nigeria and the World.

3.  Character – The Moral and Ethical Strength to Lead

Character is the foundation of leadership. Without it, conviction and courage become dangerous. Our mission requires men and women of Integrity, Selflessness, and Unyielding Moral Strength.

THE    FINAL    CHARGE:    BECOME    THE    LIGHT    OF    THIS GENERATION!

The time for waiting is over. We are the Light Bearers, the Creators, the Builders of a New Nigeria and a New Civilization.

REGULATORY   FRAMEWORK   FOR   THE   NATIONAL   POLICY DIALOGUE – IDNHE

PREAMBLE

The National Policy Dialogue (NPD), convened under the Initiative for Discovery of Nigeria Heritage and Endowment (IDNHE), is founded on the profound realization that a Nation is more than a geographical entity. A Nation is the Spirit of its People, the Consciousness and

Collective Aspiration of its Citizens. The ultimate truth is that the Human Person is the Nation – We are the Nation!

Development, therefore, is not merely a function of natural resource endowment but a reflection of the internal growth of its people. True national transformation comes from the inside-out, and it is the collective capacity of a people to access higher dimensions of thought, innovation, and wisdom that ultimately makes a nation great.

This realization demands a structured approach to guide the activities, ethics, and responsibilities of this noble organization. As a non- governmental and non-profit entity, our work is a completely voluntary, patriotic, and national assignment undertaken for the common good of all Nigerians and humanity at large.

Yet, while our work is voluntary and seeks no immediate gratification, its gains are priceless and invaluable. What we build today will stand as a legacy for generations to come. The generation now and those yet unborn will remember us as the Founders and Builders of a New Nigeria

– a peaceful nation where human ingenuity thrives, and a new civilization for humanity emerges. And naturally, material riches will follow, for we have brought uncommon value to Nigeria and the world.

REGULATORY FRAMEWORK

1.  CORE PRINCIPLES

1.    Patriotism & National Service – Every member must recognize that participation in the National Policy Dialogue is an act of service to the nation and humanity, requiring selflessness and dedication.

2.    Integrity & Accountability – Every action taken must be guided by honesty, transparency, and a deep sense of responsibility to the mission.

3.  Wisdom & Intellectual Rigor – Our dialogue and engagements must be driven by deep thought, knowledge, and understanding, not sentiment or superficial discourse.

4.   Unity & Inclusiveness – The National Policy Dialogue must transcend ethnic, religious, and ideological barriers, bringing all Nigerians into a shared vision of national rebirth.

5.   Excellence & Professionalism – All activities, research, advocacy, and engagements must reflect the highest standards of quality, discipline, and professionalism.

2.  CODE OF CONDUCT

1.   Members must uphold the vision and mission of the National Policy Dialogue at all times.

2.    All engagements must be approached with wisdom, respect, and diplomacy, ensuring that our discourse fosters unity rather than division.

3.    There shall be no room for partisan politics, personal ambition, or self-interest within the Dialogue.

4.    Members must commit to continuous intellectual and moral self- development to remain worthy ambassadors of this noble mission.

5.    Confidentiality and discretion must be upheld in all deliberations, ensuring the integrity of our ideas and strategies.

6.   No member shall exploit the movement for personal financial gain, as this is a service to the nation, not a business venture.

7.   Members shall engage in constructive criticism and solutions-oriented discussions, avoiding negativity, blame, and divisive rhetoric.

3.  ORGANIZATIONAL ETHICS

1.   Leadership by Example – Those in leadership positions must be role models of integrity, humility, and visionary thinking.

2.    Commitment to Knowledge and Research – The organization must remain a hub of intellectual excellence, fostering groundbreaking research, policy recommendations, and thought leadership.

3.    Active Participation & Contribution – Members must be proactive, contributing ideas, time, and resources to the success of the dialogue.

4.   Non-Partisan Engagement with Government & Institutions – The NPD shall work with government and institutions without aligning with any political ideology but solely in pursuit of national and human development.

5.   Sustainability & Legacy Building – All initiatives must be designed for long-term impact, ensuring that future generations can build upon our foundation.

4.  STRUCTURAL GUIDELINES

1.  Membership & Participation

Open to all Nigerians and global partners who align with the vision. Members must commit to active engagement and contribution.

2.  Decision-Making Process

All major resolutions must be made based on collective consensus, guided by wisdom and strategic foresight.

No unilateral decisions that affect the core principles of the Dialogue.

3.  Partnerships & Collaborations

The Dialogue shall seek strategic partnerships with relevant institutions, thinkers, and global movements that align with our vision.

All partnerships must be free from partisan or financial compromise.

4.  Resource Mobilization & Sustainability

The organization shall explore ethical means of resource mobilization, including grants, intellectual property development, and knowledge- based solutions.

Funds raised must be strictly for mission-related activities, with full transparency.

5.  THE REWARD OF SERVICE

While this work is voluntary and not for immediate gratification, its rewards are beyond material measure. Those who contribute to building a New Nigeria will be remembered forever as the architects of a new civilization. And inevitably, wealth, influence, and honor shall follow, because we will have created the most valuable resource of all -Wisdom, Vision, and a Transformed People.

6.  CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

1.   Any form of corruption, dishonesty, or exploitation of the movement for personal gain shall lead to immediate disqualification and expulsion.

2.  Any member engaging in divisive, unethical, or partisan behavior shall be subject to disciplinary action.

3.    Gross misconduct, abuse of position, or misrepresentation of the Dialogue shall lead to permanent removal from the organization.

CONCLUSION

The National Policy Dialogue is more than a discussion forum; it is the Conscious Creation of a New Nigeria, Built on Wisdom, Unity, and Purpose. We, the members, are the Pioneers of a National Rebirth, and our work today will determine the destiny of generations to come. This is a sacred duty, a national responsibility, and a divine calling. Let us move forward with Conviction, Courage, and Character, knowing that history will record our names among those who dared to build a New Civilization for Nigeria and for humanity.
