The Powerlessness of Power Without Wisdom
With Divine Reverence and in the Presence of the Almighty – Creator of the Heavens and Earth, and before the Spirit of our noble Forebears who once walked this Sacred Land now called Nigeria – I rise to deliver this most urgent and timeless Message, as inspired by Divine Insight. Let the Earth record it, let the Winds carry it, and let History bear witness that it was declared in Truth, for the sake of our Nation’s Soul.
The Crossroad of Power and Destiny
As we draw near to the 2027 General Elections, when every political actor prepares to stake their ambition once more upon the altar of public power, I feel compelled – by Truth, by Love, and by Duty – to send forth this warning call:
Power, without Wisdom, is not power. It is a dangerous illusion.
Across the long arc of history, this eternal truth has never failed:
It was not a lack of armies that doomed mighty Babylon.
It was not a lack of wealth that collapsed Ancient Rome.
It was not weak leadership that drowned Pharaoh’s empire in its pride.
It was the arrogant misuse of power without Wisdom that destroyed them all.
And so too shall it be for any nation, any people, and any leader who ascends the throne of governance without the Light of Higher Understanding.
A Nation Rich, Yet Poor – Powerful, Yet Directionless
Since the colonial encounter, through pre-independence struggle, post-independence euphoria, and now into the age of confused modernity, Nigeria has known power – but not progress; positions – but not purpose.
The seats of power have been filled, but the nation remains unfulfilled.
Why?
Because Power alone has never governed any society into greatness.
Only Wisdom can guide power to serve, to build, to uplift.
Without Wisdom, power becomes a tool of self-destruction – a weapon turned inward against the very people it claims to protect.
The Nature of Transcendent Wisdom
What is this Wisdom?
Not the cunning of politics.
Not the games of strategy.
Not the craft of manipulation.
But a Transcendent Wisdom –
Rooted in moral clarity,
Disciplined by inner virtue,
Sustained by the fear of GOD,
And refined by self-purification, self-knowledge, and selflessness.
This Wisdom cannot be acquired in Ivy League classrooms or read in expensive textbooks.
It is only born in the soul of a man or woman who has conquered their ego and submitted to the Higher Good.
It is the kind of Wisdom that sees generations unborn,
That chooses integrity over victory,
That governs not for praise but for posterity.
Dear Political Leaders of Nigeria: Awaken
The challenges facing Nigeria are not administrative. They are not financial. They are not technological.
They are moral. They are spiritual. They are existential.
And fundamental problems can never be solved by the same level of consciousness that created them.
What we need now is not more powerful politicians – but more conscious leaders.
Not more promises – but more principles.
Not more ambition – but more illumination.
Let it be known: You are transacting with the Destiny of over 250 million souls.
Each decision you make today will echo into the corridors of centuries.
Your failure to embrace Wisdom will not only haunt this generation – it will curse those yet unborn.
But your choice to walk in Wisdom will bless Nigeria with a legacy greater than any empire.
The Merchandise of Power Without Wisdom
They trade in titles, but bankrupt of thought
They climb the throne, yet lose the soul
They hold the sceptre, but blind to sight
They chant “change,” but shun the light
They build roads, yet lose the way
They speak of goodness, yet breed dismay
They swear oaths, yet break the land
They grip the sword, yet fail to stand
What is power, without the truth?
What is strength, when stripped of proof?
What is office, without the will –
To heal, to serve, to climb the hill?
O you who seek the crown of men,
Seek first the fire that burns within –
For only Wisdom makes you King,
And only Justice makes you win.
A Call to Renewal
We must now bring Wisdom to Power.
This is our national obligation.
This is the sacred key to unlock Nigeria’s Great and Unparalleled Destiny – to become not only a great nation among nations, but a light unto the world.
To our political elites – hear this:
You are not merely seeking office.
You are standing at the gates of history.
You are deciding the fate of a civilization.
You are holding the dreams of unborn millions in your hands.
Choose Wisdom.
Choose Sacrifice.
Choose the Higher Path.
That Nigeria may live.
That Africa may rise.
That humanity may rejoice.
Delivered in Truth, in Spirit, and in Sacred Responsibility
By One Who Loves His Nation, and Serves the Eternal Will.
Let Those Who Have Ears Hear.
Let Those Who Have Hearts Reflect.
