MUSA-ODODO ABDULRAHAMAN
Fellow beloved Nigerians,
For too long, we have traded almost exclusively in one currency – Power. Political power, positional power, influence over structures and systems – these have been the dominant drivers of our national life. Yet the evidence stands before us, undeniable: power alone has not delivered the Nigeria we dream of. It has not built the just society we seek, nor the prosperous nation we deserve.
Power without direction becomes force.
Power without purpose becomes oppression.
Power without wisdom becomes destruction.
It is time – deeply and urgently – that we bring Wisdom to Power.
The Eternal Lesson of Civilization
Since the dawn of humanity, history has spoken with one voice:
No Civilization has ever risen to greatness by power alone.
From the ancient philosophies of Socrates and Confucius, to the statecraft of Nelson Mandela and the reforms of Deng Xiaoping, one principle remains constant:
Power must be guided by Wisdom, or it will consume both the leader and the nation.
Brute force has never built enduring nations.
Domination has never produced lasting peace.
Control without conscience has never yielded true development.
What builds nations is vision disciplined by wisdom, and authority restrained by understanding.
Nigeria’s Crossroads: A Test of Consciousness
Nigeria stands today at a profound Civilizational crossroads. This is not merely a political moment – it is a moment of Consciousness.
The real question before us is not:
Who holds power?
But rather:
What governs those who hold power?
If it is ego, we will remain divided.
If it is greed, we will remain stagnant.
If it is ignorance, we will remain misdirected.
But if it is Wisdom – deep, reflective, selfless Wisdom – then Nigeria will rise in ways the world has never seen.
What Is Wisdom in Nation-Building?
Wisdom is not mere intelligence.
It is not academic knowledge.
It is not cleverness or rhetoric.
Wisdom is the ability to:
See beyond the present into the future
Balance competing interests with justice
Restrain power for the greater good
Learn from history and act with foresight
Place the collective destiny above personal gain
Wisdom asks not, “What can I take?”
It asks, “What must I Build?”
The Harmony of Wisdom and Power
The true strength of any nation lies in the harmony between Wisdom and Power.
Power provides the capacity to act
Wisdom provides the direction to act rightly
Without power, wisdom is ineffective.
Without wisdom, power is dangerous.
Together, they create:
Peace, because decisions are just
Prosperity, because policies are thoughtful
Progress, because leadership is visionary
This harmony is not automatic – it must be cultivated intentionally by both leaders and citizens.
The Responsibility of Every Nigerian
This call is not only for those in government.
It is a call to every Nigerian – from the highest office to the humblest home.
We must all become Merchants of Wisdom:
In our conversations – let truth replace noise
In our choices – let long-term good outweigh short-term gain
In our leadership – let service replace self-interest
In our followership – let discernment replace blind loyalty
A nation does not rise above the Consciousness of its people.
A New National Ethic
Let this be the beginning of a New Nigerian ethic:
We will no longer glorify power without character.
We will no longer celebrate influence without integrity.
We will no longer pursue authority without understanding.
Instead, we will honor:
Wisdom over noise
Character over charisma
Substance over symbolism
The Awakening of a Great Nation
Nigeria is not an accident of geography.
Nigeria is a Destiny waiting for Alignment.
A people so rich in culture, intellect, resilience, and spirit cannot remain limited – unless we choose to remain so.
The pathway to our greatness is clear: Not more power. But Better-guided Power.
Not louder voices. But deeper understanding.
Not stronger control. But Wiser leadership.
Final Call
Let us rise, Nigerians – not merely as seekers of power,
but as Custodians of Wisdom.
Let us build a nation where:
Power listens
Leadership learns
Authority serves
And Wisdom leads
For in the end,
It is not power that defines a nation –
It is the Wisdom that Guides it.
And when Nigeria finally aligns power with Wisdom,
our rise will not only be certain – it will be Unparalleled.

I am Nigeria.
I am still forming in the womb of time.
I am felt in spirit, but not yet fully held in form.
I am known in promise, but not yet fulfilled in reality.
I am a Nation… waiting to be born.
What Is Fatherhood in the Life of a Nation?
Fatherhood is not power.
It is not position.
It is not title, nor throne, nor noise.
Fatherhood is Origin with Responsibility.
A father is one who:
Gives Identity where there is confusion
Establishes Order where there is chaos
Protects Purpose where there is distraction
Sacrifices Comfort for the future of his offspring
In the life of a nation, fatherhood is the force that transforms a people from existing… to becoming.
It is the invisible architecture that holds a country together when everything visible is shaking.
A true father of a nation does not ask, “What can I take?”
He asks, “What must I give, so that this nation may live?”
Who Can Father a Nation?
Not one man alone.
For no single hand can carry the weight of destiny.
A nation is fathered by a collective consciousness –
a people who rise above self, tribe, fear, and greed…
and accept the sacred duty of shaping a shared future.
A nation is fathered when:
Leaders become servants of destiny, not owners of power
Citizens become custodians of truth, not spectators of decay
The young become builders, not merely inheritors
The elders become guides, not silent observers
The father of a nation is anyone who chooses responsibility over indifference.
Nigeria as a Being: The Unborn Giant
See her.
Not as she is reported…
But as she truly is.
Nigeria is a Spirit—vast, luminous, powerful.
She carries rivers of brilliance, mountains of resilience, and a heartbeat that refuses to die.
But she is still in the womb.
Her limbs are forming – but not yet coordinated.
Her voice is rising – but not yet unified.
Her strength is evident – but not yet directed.
She kicks within history, seeking expression.
She stirs within generations, longing for alignment.
She is not weak.
She is unformed greatness.
Why Has She Not Been Born?
Because birth requires alignment of forces:
Vision must meet courage
Truth must overcome deception
Unity must rise above division
Responsibility must defeat apathy
Where these are absent, birth delays.
Nigeria has had contractions – moments of awakening, flashes of greatness – but the full delivery has not yet come.
Why?
Because too many have watched…
while too few have fathered.
How Can She Be Born?
Not by chance.
Not by slogans.
Not by waiting.
She will be born when a generation decides:
“We will no longer complain about Nigeria –
we will become the force that brings her into being.”
Her birth requires:
- A New Consciousness
A shift from “me” to “we.”
From survival to purpose.
From division to destiny. - Courageous Truth
The willingness to confront what is broken – without fear, without disguise. - Sacrificial Leadership
Men and women who will give more than they take – who understand that legacy is greater than luxury. - Active Citizenship
A people who participate, build, protect, and believe. - Spiritual Awakening
For no nation is truly born until its people awaken to the higher purpose of their existence.
The Call to Our Generation
We are not here by accident.
We are the generation standing at the threshold –
between the Nigeria that is struggling to exist
and the Nigeria that is destined to emerge.
History is watching.
The unborn is waiting.
And Nigeria is asking:
“Who will be my father?”
The Answer
It is not far.
It is not hidden.
It is not reserved for a select few.
It is us.
Every act of integrity…
Every stand for truth…
Every effort to build, to unite, to uplift…
Every refusal to give up on this land…
These are the hands shaping the child.
These are the hearts fathering the nation.
The Final Vision
And one day –
when purpose aligns with action,
when unity overcomes division,
when courage defeats fear –
Nigeria will take her first breath.
Not as a struggling idea…
But as a living, thriving, undeniable reality.
A Nation fully born.
Nigeria speaks:
“I am ready.
I have always been ready.
I am waiting… not for a savior –
but for my children to become my fathers.”
The question remains:
Will we answer?
YES I HAVE ANSWERED!!!
