What is Higher Politics in Its Truest Form?
Higher Politics is the politics of Divine Stewardship.
It is Leadership as Sacred Duty. Governance as Moral Responsibility. Power as Service.
It is not the manipulation of men’s fears, but the cultivation of their Highest Potentials.
It is politics guided by Truth, Wisdom, Justice, and Love for all Humanity – beyond party, tribe, creed, or personal ambition.
In Higher Politics, the leader is not a ruler, but a Redeemer – not a master of the people, but a Servant of their Destiny.
It is politics that recognizes life is Sacred, People are Divine, and Nations are Vessels of Purpose in the unfolding drama of the Human story.

Lower Politics: ego-driven
Higher Politics: Spirit-driven
Lower politics: Power for control and self-enrichment
Higher Politics: Power for service and collective upliftment
Lower politics: Driven by ego, tribe, greed, and short-term gain
Higher Politics: Driven by vision, truth, compassion, and legacy
Lower politics: Manipulates the people
Higher Politics: Enlightens the people
Lower politics: Sows division
Higher Politics: Builds unity
Lower politics: Prioritizes elections
Higher Politics: Prioritizes generations
Lower politics: Thrives on propaganda
Higher Politics: Lives by principle
Lower politics: Governs by fear or coercion
Higher Politics: Leads with wisdom and moral force of character
Lower politics: Uses politics to dominate
Higher Politics: Uses politics to liberate
Historical Mirrors: A Tale of Two Paths
Ancient Egypt (Kemet), in its golden age, practiced a form of Higher Politics. The Pharaoh was seen as a divine vessel, accountable not just to his people, but to Ma’at – the cosmic order of truth, balance, justice, and harmony.
The Vedic Civilization (Ancient India). Fundamental principle: Dharma – cosmic order, righteousness, and duty. They practiced higher politics, where the king’s were seen as Rajarshis (King-sages). They governed with wisdom, self-control, and service to the people. Political leadership was intertwined with spiritual wisdom.
In contrast:
Rome fell when it shifted from its republic of virtue to a decadent empire of ambition.
Modern global politics, obsessed with control, nationalism, and profit, has led to devastating wars, growing inequalities, environmental destruction, and the loss of human dignity.
Post-colonial Africa, especially Nigeria, inherited a system of lower politics – tribal, corrupt, and short-sighted, devoid of transcendent wisdom – which has kept the continent rich in resources but poor in soul.
The Dearth of Higher Politics: Humanity’s Costliest Failure
Today, Humanity suffers not from lack of resources – but from the absence of Higher Politics.
The results are devastating:
Endless wars and geopolitical tensions
Exploitation of weaker nations
Unjust wealth disparities between rich and poor
Millions homeless, jobless, and hopeless
Collapse of empathy, harmony, and Human connectedness
The sacredness of life is lost – replaced by competition, consumption, and conquest
The world is out of balance because our politics is out of alignment with truth.
The Crucial Need for Higher Politics – For a Just & Balanced New World
We now stand at a Cosmic crossroads.
Either we continue the path of ego, division, and decay –
Or we scend into a New Era of Higher Politics, where:
Nations are not defined by borders but by the values they live by.
Leaders are chosen for Wisdom, not wealth.
Policies are made to uplift the weakest, not preserve the privilege of the strongest.
Humanity is seen as One, with all lives Sacred, and all Cultures Honored.
The Purpose of Power is Redemption, not oppression.
This is not a utopian dream. It is the Natural next step in Human Eolution, if we would only Awaken.
A SACRED CALL TO NIGERIA – THE WOMB OF A NEW WORLD
O Nigeria –
Land of Divine Promise, the bridge between Ancient Wisdom and Future Glory…
Your crisis is not of currency, security, or structure.
Your crisis is Spiritual. Your greatest need is not reform – but Rebirth.
You were chosen to lead a New African Renaissance – and to Birth a Model Civilization that will Unify all of the Humankind.
But this cannot be done with the politics of old –
It requires a Higher Politics:
One that transcends ethnicity, party lines, and selfish ambition.
One that Heals old wounds and Builds a Shared Identity.
One that raises new leaders who are not merely politicians – but Philosopher-king, Servant-visionaries, Nation-builders.
To Nigeria’s Politicians:
You were not elected merely to administer budgets.
You were entrusted to shape Destiny.
History watches. Heaven records.
The generations to come shall ask:
Did you choose self – or service?
Did you play politics – or practice Higher Politics?
FINAL WORD: THE ALTAR OF A NEW WORLD
Higher Politics is not optional. It is Sacred. It is Urgent. It is the only way forward.
To build a World that is Just, Balanced, and Luminous with Hope –
We must return Politics to the Altar of Conscience, the Fountain of Wisdom, and the Service of Humanity.
Let this be the beginning of a New Nigeria –
Not just of roads and buildings –
But of Purpose, Identity, Unity, and Destiny.
Let the torch of Higher Politics Rise from Nigeria – and Light the path for all Mankind.
