The National Policy Dialogue is a patriotic citizens project of the Initiative for Discovery of Nigeria Heritage and Endowment (IDNHE) a non-governmental organization. We are incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission Abuja Nigeria with the registration number 71855.
It is a platform that foster dialogue, consensus-building and generate policy recommendations or solutions.
The dialogue typically involve representatives from government agencies, civil society organizations, academic institutions, private sector entities, and other relevant stakeholders.
The purpose of the National Policy Dialogue is to address complex policy challenges, promote understanding, and develop strategies that can guide decision-making processes. It provides a platform for different perspectives to be heard, encourages collaboration and cooperation, and aims to create a shared understanding of the issues at hand.
By involving diverse stakeholders, this platform seeks to ensure that the resulting policies or recommendations are comprehensive, representative, and effective.
The National Policy Dialogue will contribute to effective governance, policy coherence, and social cohesion. It will provide a space for fostering trust, resolving conflicts, and building consensus among stakeholders with divergent interests.
